Our BPO's are detailed orientated so you can make real-time decisions. We provide subject property verification (property tax, field cards) and photos. Determine the current condition of the subject property's exterior/interior. Assesses neighborhood property trends. Summarize and compare closed sales and competitive listings to the subject property. Determine Typical Marketing times, and provides an estimated value for the subject property containing either probable sales price or suggested list price.
